He is considered an authority on budget and control measures, competently managing the direction of sales and negotiating contracts. He attributes his success to his mentors and the work ethic instilled in him by his parents. Mr. Ottinger holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology conferred by Georgia State University in 1977.
