Jeffrey Slater, co-founder of Victoria's Essentials says, "We sought to create a line of Men's grooming products that were designed and formulated for the urban Male. Our goal was to create a design that would break the rules of mass production where all products are designed to be identical for automated packaging in a cost effective manner. We wanted each product to be one-of-a-kind, working with the unique characteristics of the tyre. Each imperfection, tyre marking and line gives character to the package a reflection that, like our customers are unique. The Package design for Victoria's Essentials for Men is about bringing Male grooming to the average man, a man that doesn't typically purchase quality male grooming products. And what is more male then car tyre."

To create this packaging tyre inner tubes are hand washed, cut, printed and stitched without the use of energy making this product a benchmark in zero carbon footprint design. Slater adds, " We used the synergy of the unique traits of the tyre in the design, natural blemishes, lines, tyre manufacturer stamps make each product a one of a kind package. We deliberately designed an urban, rawness to the packaging, showing that each product has a personality, a counter-design to the typical shelf product.

This series of hand-made products cover the grooming requirements of the Urban Male including a Facial Cleansing Gel, Concentrated Shave Cream, Aftershave Gel, Moisturiser, Scrub Gel and Face Protector all 99.98% chemical free and scented with a masculine Essential Oil blend.

What makes this range of natural skincare even more impressive is the pricing. Slater added "Our goal in attracting the average man was to introduce him to quality skincare at an ethical price.
