As the owner of Permanent Cosmetics by Olga, Olga Lucia is responsible for performing permanent make-up and cosmetic tattooing for clients to enhance their features. She became involved in her profession when, while serving as an Optometrist, she developed an interest in permanent eye makeup to benefit her patients and furthered her interest in the field by utilizing her artistic abilities. She attributes her success to her passion for and devotion to her profession, her ability to provide quality care, her innate talents, and most importantly, to her dedication to human care.

Olga Lucia received her degree as an Optometrist Doctor from La Salle University. In addition to her formal education, she is a licensed esthetician in the State of New York, a makeup artist, a licensed certified tattoo artist, a board certified instructor, and a certified permanent cosmetic professional. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Micropigmentation and a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals.
